Refund policy

Updated September 7, 2026. The new restocking fee below applies only to orders placed after this policy update is published. Orders placed earlier remain subject to the policy shown when they were placed.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Change-of-mind returns must be unused and complete, including all kit contents. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us for return instructions.

Return method and shipping

Returns are sent by mail. Customers arrange and pay for return postage for change-of-mind returns. TIKA covers return shipping when an item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before mailing an item back.

Restocking fee

For new orders placed after this policy update is published, a restocking fee of 15% of the price paid for the returned item is deducted from change-of-mind refunds. No restocking fee applies to damaged or incorrect items. This new fee does not apply to orders placed before the update.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 1 business day after receiving the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
