This website is operated by Alfabet LLC under the TIKA brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alfabet LLC and TIKA. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to create an account or make a purchase. A minor may browse or use the site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Actual colors and appearance may vary by device and display settings. We may update descriptions or prices, limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by person, region, or jurisdiction at any time before an order is accepted.

Follow all instructions, warnings, age guidance, and safety information supplied on a product page, its packaging, or accompanying materials. Adult supervision should be used when appropriate, including for products containing small parts or sharp tools. Product-specific warnings control if they differ from this general statement.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping limitations. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send confirmation. If a material change to an accepted order is necessary, we will contact you and obtain your consent before proceeding, unless the change is required by law. If you do not consent, we will cancel the affected portion of the order and issue any refund due. We may contact you using the information provided with the order.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless we agree otherwise, products are sold for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, customs duties, and other charges. The available charges and order total are displayed during checkout before you submit payment. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for all amounts due. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

We maintain a reasonable basis for expecting that an order will ship within any timeframe stated at the time of purchase. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we generally expect to ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide a revised shipping date and obtain your consent to the delay or promptly cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, incorrect-address, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery after shipment. Shipping terms are further described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content—including TIKA branding, text, graphics, product images, videos, design, and arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Alfabet LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit site content without prior written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, customer support, or other functions. Third-party links and tools are provided for convenience and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, or content.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer this store. Purchases from TIKA are transactions directly between you and Alfabet LLC, not Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by TIKA or for claims arising from a TIKA purchase.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the store, Shopify also processes information relating to your use of the services under its own privacy terms.

10. Reviews, comments, and feedback

If you submit a review, comment, image, idea, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display that feedback for operating and promoting the store.

We do not prohibit customers from sharing honest opinions and will not remove or suppress a review solely because it is negative. We may moderate or remove content that is fake, unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, contains private information, includes an undisclosed material incentive, or is unrelated to the product or customer experience.

11. Errors and corrections

Information on the site may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order is submitted, as permitted by law.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; submit false or misleading information; distribute malware or unsolicited messages; scrape or harvest personal information; interfere with security or operation; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access. 13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

This section does not disclaim or limit any express written product warranty, implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, statutory consumer right, or responsibility for a defective product or personal injury that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfabet LLC, TIKA, our owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data, arising from use of the site or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of a mandatory consumer-protection law, breach of a non-waivable warranty, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfabet LLC, TIKA, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, personnel, contractors, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the site, customers, or third parties. Obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law—will survive.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide products or services are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent enforceable, a dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction where Alfabet LLC is headquartered. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to another governing law, forum, or venue that cannot legally be waived.

18. General terms

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies referenced here, constitute the agreement governing use of the site. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. We will provide any notice of material changes required by law. Revisions apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an order that we already accepted unless required by law or separately agreed with you. Continued use of the site after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.
