Return eligibility

• Items must be unused.
• All kit contents must be complete.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage for standard returns. TIKA covers return shipping when an item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
